We accept major credit cards. If you are mailing your order in, you also have the option to pay by check, money order, or cashiers check. Personal checks must clear before orders will be processed.

Due to shipping restrictions requiring customs inspections and duties we are unable to deliver to international addresses. We ship only within the US.

| Shipping and Handling |

Standard Orders
We make every effort to ship in-stock items within 24 hours of order placement (excluding weekends). Orders placed by 12 noon PST will ship same day; orders placed after 12 noon PST will ship next business day. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery of standard shipping by Priority Mail with USPS. All orders shipped via USPS carry Delivery Confirmation. Some orders may arrive on Saturday. We also ship via FedEx for certain products, or upon request.
Express and Overnight, Air Services
Both Express (USPS) and Overnight (FedEx) are available. Express and Overnight Orders must be placed before 11:00 am PST. Overnight Orders will arrive the following business day. Express Orders will arrive 2-3 days after the order is placed. Please contact Customer Service at (888) 484-6622 for questions about expedited orders.
Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories
We will ship to all States and US Territories. Shipping charges are based on package weight and delivery address with an origination in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Certain products may be drp-shipped from alternate locations.
P.O. Box Addresses
We cannot always ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide only street addresses for shipping.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are based on package weight and delivery address with an origination in Lake Oswego, Oregon. We offer shipping on most orders by Federal Express and the United States Postal Service. Some products ship FedEx only. Certain larger items ship UPS Ground only.
We make every effort to recycle packing materials where possible. While our packages may not be the most beautiful, we strive to insure that items are secure and protected in transit so they arrive intact and undamaged.

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make. If you are in any way dissatisfied with a product you ordered, please contact Customer Service within 30 days and we’ll be happy to exchange it or replace it. Original shipping charges are not refundable, and a restocking fee may apply for some larger items.
